Accepting your file:
Once you have chosen an apartment, you will
need to give us a candidate file.
Once you have handed in your candidate file,
we will ask you to leave a prepayment of a one month rent
to reserve the apartment.
The prepayment will be deducted from your first month's
rent.
Signing the contract:
The contract can be signed either in our
office or it can be sent to you by mail / email for you
to sign (together with instructions).
Checking in:
In order to be able to check you in, make
sure you have taken care of the following:
- All examples of the contract need to be signed
- The first month's rent need to be payed (deposit and
renting fees included)
- Certificate of the apartment's
insurance need to be provided
We'd like to remind you that we will
not be able to check you in outside our opening
hours
Finally, for unfurnished apartments, don't
forget to subscribe electricity contract (and sometimes
water contract).
